Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates: United States & Canada — free Standard shipping, Express available for $20. Australia & New Zealand — Standard $12, Express $20.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: Occasionally shipments are delayed due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or missing packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at glowhaussolace@outlook.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
